There was one time I was nervous. It was on the soccer field of Wide World Of Indoor Sports South in the finals of the playoffs. We tried our hardest but at half time the score was 1-1. I really wanted to win our playoffs so we could move up from the B division to the A division. I knew we were good enough for the U10 A team and that we deserved that trophy. My team and I were so nervous and trying our best. We are a team that was just put together in 2015 fall. We play very well together and with each game we became a better team. I knew we could win this. I realized that we had to try our hardest and believe in my skills and my team. I had to realize this to over come that feeling of nerousness. Then we finally scored, the score was 2-1 We kept on focusing on the game. We communicated and passed the ball very well. We scored again! We got so happy but knew that we couldn't give up. The game wasn't over yet. We scored again, again, and again. The score was 5-2 when the buzzer went off. We had won the U10 B division. We were ready to move up to U10 A. We walked over to the front desk. Both teams had to claim their trophy. The runner-ups got a small trophy and we got a huge trophy. We knew that we had to over come the nervous feeling to get back in the game and we did. The other team played a great game, they were great soccer players but in the end we won. My team and I are not just soccer players, we are best friends. We push each other to be the best that we can on and off the field. When we lose, we lose as a team and when we win, we win as a team. We were the U10 B division champions and we know that we earned it!

I am in my seventh year of dance. Every year in June we have our annual recital. I have to go on stage and perform in front of what feels like a million people. The day of my recital my body feels excited but very nervous. I think, what if I forget a step or go in the wrong direction. My body gets shaky and warm and I wear a constant nervous smile. My mom say to keep smiling and you can do this. Last year my hat fell off in the middle of my tap routine and I didn’t know what the audience would think about it. But even though my dance recitals make me nervous I still do it as best as I can every year.

I was nervous when I was in a tournament. I was in the final and the other team scored first. Then I got really nervous because I scored but, the other team scored in the last 5 minutes. Are team tried so hard to score another goal. I had the ball at my feet in the last minute I was really anxious I took a shot and I missed. I was really sad. I hung my head low and kicked the ground. But then I realized the game was not over. I had the ball I passed it to my teammate he shot and hit the crossbar. Then the buzzer went off. But I wasn't that sad at least we made it to the finals I said in my head.

And talking in front of my class. An if I have to do something funny.Like a dare. Or I gust got told to do it.An if I am the only one left like in a game. Most of these times I was nervous I am not nervous anymore.

I got scared when a bee was on my face. I stood still and i felt like i was going to get stung. The bee finally flew off. The be went off to go eat pollen. After that the bee went back on my face when i was riding my bike. then i got off my bike an ran inside. I told my dad. My dad got Windex and went outside and sprayed the bee. The bee fell on the ground. I wasn't worried anymore.

On a Saturday morning I popped out of bed and almost jumped off the ladder connected to it. Once I got down I ran as if I was faster than the speed of light. After stopping myself I turned my head to see if my mom and dad were up,they were. I quickly looked at the couch arm where my clothes were. To my surprise it was my soccer clothes! Oh it's Saturday I said to myself. I had been so anxious about my birthday party I totally forgot about my soccer game. I quickly put on my uniform and we headed out. We were playing the purple team and even though I know there is only 50 minutes in the game it felt like 50 hours! Once the game was over mom,dad and I rushed home to get ready for my birthday party.Once we arrived I became more anxious than before. As we set up some of my friends arrived. We sang music and I had lots of fun.

I feel scared when I visit my grandmother’s house because she has a dog. The dog’s name is Remy. Remy is small but he is very hyper. He barks a lot when I’m there. He also runs around a lot and surprises me. My grandfather gave me a maraca that I can shake when I feel scared. When I shake the maraca, Remy stays away from me. This makes me feel safer. Sometimes I forget to bring the maraca, so I just stay away from him. I hope that soon I won’t be afraid of him.

I got scared when I went to Disney world because of a roller coaster. I was so brave before I went on it, but then when I went on it it scared me. I didn't end up going on any more roller coasters. I'm scared of things that go fast, in the dark, and upside down. But other then that I get really anxious about my school work. Especially math, social studies, and writing. I get nervous during tests. Even though I know it it's like I freeze. I do study very hard but sometimes I just don't get it. Those are the things that I'm scared, and anxious of.

I was nervous when I was playing in the first football game. I was show nervous I shook. I would jump up and down when I was wating for the game to start. When the game started I stopped and got on the field. I was doing my best on the field. We got the ball first. We got the first down and more. I blocked and then cot the ball and got a tuchdoun. Then the other teem got the ball and I rushed past the line and then it was 4th doun and 20. Then we got the punt. I was in the hole game and they ended up getting a 2 touchdown. At the end of the game they ended up wening the game 14 to 7.

The only time I remember being scared the first time I flew to Florida. It was my first time on a plane. I remember feeling like was going to pop in my ears. My mom gave me some gum and it helped with the ears. When we hit turbulence I got really anxious and scared. My mom told me it was just like hitting bumps in the road but we were just in the air. I realized that if I stayed chewing my gum and watching my ipad not concentrating on the plane that I felt a little better. My mom told me to look out the window and I got lost in the view of the clouds, it was the coolest thing I ever saw. I learned that if I don't really pay attention to what is making me scared or nervous and get my mind on to some thing else it really helps me get through the problem
